I am happy with the customer service i received and the owner of this car dealership felt like genuine kind person who really cares about customer satisfaction and source only great cars to sell. If you are reading my review, this is the sign you are looking for, this dealership is the perfect place to buy a good used car. Call before travelling, to make sure they have what you want.

Purchased a lovely skoda yeti recently. A very pleasant experience was had very efficient honest team in a nice environment. I will most definitely return.

Not often you come across people like John in the motor trade , no pressure sales , genuine , nothing was to much trouble bought a VW polo from John for my daughter more than happy , would recommend John to any one looking for a vehicle , he would not release the car until his team had done their checks and put right any faults no matter how minor .

I dont leave many reviews, unless the product / service is better than usual.Just boughr a car, it was exactly as described. I was left to look around it at my leisure. No usual "car salesman" techniques instead a gentleman who sells cars, which is nice. Even made a decent cup of tea. Thanks

Couldn't say a bad word about my experience. Paid deposit on car and explained to John that it could be 3 weeks until I collected it. No problem with that. John collected me at train station,,over to garage,,,made a cup of tea for me...Couldn't be nicer... Even gave me some petrol money ! I'll be back if they have another motor that suits... I was recommended to John from my mechanic, who had also used his service. From the moment i walked in, and was welcomed by mike, i felt really comfortable. I test drove a couple of cars, but the one i wanted was out of my price range. The following week, john rang me saying he may have the perfect car for me. How would he know my perfect car?? Because him and mike spent time talking to me! And it is the perfect car. I have recommended john to my family, friends and work colleagues. Great aftercare service too.

A lovely car dealer in all aspects. Not a giant dealership and that is why this is the success that it is. John is a true gentleman and trustworthy, he has a great team around him too. There is a wealth of experience here and a non pushy attitude. Great attention to detail, it's not about hammering out a sale, it's about listening, getting it right and leaving happy. I recently helped my father (87) to change his two, current cars for a new one from these guys. They were great. The trade ins and purchase price were sensible and the service was excellent. It's not often you actually feel that a car dealer is trustworthy. The team really helped allay (and worked around) Dad's nerves. At 87, even something this routine can feel like a major event. We found them online as a local supplier. Great news, since it was easy for Dad and me to visit and view the car. Regardless, I would not now hesitate to use them if i lived much further away. I would be confident that the car would arrive as described and everything would be as agreed. I'll certainly be asking them to find cars for me in the future. We've bought many cars over the years but these guys really stand out. Thanks so much to them for their excellent service and a great experience (and a fab car) :-)

Exceptional customer service. I found the right car and was offered a fair price for my part exchange, where another garage I had first visited hadn't been quite as fair.
