Our visit was to look at accessabile vehicles and although the one we liked was not available the friendly staff soon found a replacement, There are a good selection of vehicles and some bargains to be seen well worth a visit

I needed to change my Motabilty car at the end of its lease and get a WAV and decided to get a nearly new as I couldn't afford the deposit needed for brand new . I contacted a few suppliers near me who either didn't have one suitable or simply didn't get back to me! I then found Thorntrees and WOW what a difference ! Fantastic service from my first phone call to the delivery of the WAV everyone I spoke to understood my needs and sorted every thing in double quick time . Special thanks to Tiffani who kept me informed of everything and was brilliant. I was worried that because I lived over 3 hours away it might make it difficult but I was soon assured that it was not a problem. They even made sure I had it delivered this week ready for Xmas . If there was a 10 star rating I would give it. So if your after a WAV get hold of Thorntrees Garage they really do care and go above and beyond the norm . Just bought disabled wav vehicle no issues or dramas

I recently bought a Kia WAV from this garage and I must say it was the best ever experience I have ever had when buying a replacement car. The helpful folk there had a much different approach. They do not want to sell you a car, they would much rather let you choose what was right for you. They showed me a whole range of types and prices, despite the appalling weather on the day. Once I had made my choice they were able to help me through no end of paperwork problems, swapping personal number plates and the like, as well as helping make a few alterations to the car. Everything they said they would do they did, with a service level that is second to none, and a real pleasure to encounter in this day and age. If you want another vehicle try these knowledgeable and helpful folk. You will not be disappointed.

We've now had several vehicles from Glen at Thorntrees and have always been very pleased with the service. The staff are very accommodating and helpful. We will be going back there again when we need to update our vehicle in the future.
