MCR carried out a repair to a delaminated floor section in my caravan. I heartily recommend them. The repair was carried out to a high standard and on time. The caravan was cleaned before they handed it back to me, and they had even repaired a defective window blind in addition to the original work scope. Excellent service which exceeded my expectations. Extremely happy with work carried out by this company. Only delay was waiting for necessary parts to to arrive from Swift. Once they were received the repairs were completed within the timescale agreed and the caravan valeted before its return. They saved my holiday! Had a bump to the back of the caravan - it'll need sorting in due course but I thought my caravan was okay to tow - until I discovered a problem with the lights that meant it wasn't roadworthy - hence possible holiday cancellation. They were really helpful, the engineer in particular fixing the lights and explaining what was what. Really impressed with the professional service and good customer care.
