A very friendly and busy local pub, which is dog friendly and offers a fine selection of lagers and ales, looks like a good selection of food on offer, will return to try, and give an update..

Very welcoming owners, even asked us to join them for a drink. We were travelling in our campervan and they let us stay in the car park overnight. We were too late to get any food but the menu looked amazing so will definitely try that next time we are up this way. Drinkers in the pub were friendly asking us about our travels. Would definitely come back again! 🧡

Great traditional friendly local pub - good choice of cask ales (all were in great condition and fairly priced) and cheerful attentive staff

Great pub under new management. Just watch out for Austin, (his doggy treats are on the bar). Full sports package including a big screen. Far better atmosphere than before. Thoroughly recommended.
